Isamel "Izzy" Torres is a Crew Chief and has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program.

Isamel "Izzy" Torres is a Crew Chief and has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program along with the IICRC Water and Fire Remediation. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training program also focuses on listening skills and customer service. Izzy is also a certified Water Remediation Technician and  certified in Mold and Lead safe practices. More often than not Izzy is double booked because so many of our Andover and North Andover customers request him directly and don't want anyone else in their homes or businesses! This speaks to Izzy's wonderful sense of humor and expertise in his chosen field.

Izzy has 4 years of restoration experience with SERVPRO. When not working, Izzy enjoys spending time with his family and playing handball.
