• Examine the roof Has the winter caused damage to the shingles that can cause future water leaks?
• Check your gutters Improper drainage can lead to water inside the home, in the basement, or in the attic. It is important to make sure the drain spouts are pointing away from the foundation

• Check outside faucets Making sure these do not have freeze damage will prevent future issues. “Turn the water on and place your thumb or finger over the opening.
